In an effort to promote and foster entrepreneurship in Phoenix, the OpenCoffee Club now has it’s own website that will enable the community to share information, ask questions and keep up on the latest news and events.
At a recent Phoenix OpenCoffee Club Meetup, we discussed when and how to bring in additional help for a small business. Specifically, we talked about some of the concerns, timeframe and tips when hiring someone. Some good ideas were discussed and wisdom imparted by more experience business owners.
